He responded almost immediately, even on a Sunday - and took the time to talk me through the exact steps he would take to clean the property, reassuring me throughout the process. He called the night before to confirm arrangements and carried out the work exactly as described. I can’t recommend his services highly enough and won’t hesitate to recommend him again in the future.
