Lovely friendly team it was the first time CNP came to clean my widows - I was specifically after hand cleaned windows after having quality issues with previous companies. The team were very attentive and provided good advice and recommendations keeping me informed of the progress of their work. Windows are lovely and clean! Thank you!

CNP did a fantastic job of clearing and minor repairs to my guttering which hadn't been touched for years. Christian was personable, professional, knew exactly what equipment would work best and did a thorough job, he told me the price at the start of the job and kept me informed throughout. CNP carried out some cleaning of my driveway, I have found them to be very efficient, professional and polite. Christian is very punctual, reliable and did an excellent job. I would recommend CNP.

The company I chose to do the job was called cleaning services. When I called the person who answered was friendly and asked me to send my postcode for him to give me the price. When I asked him where his business was settled he was a bit hesitant and didn't tell me where. Anyway because I needed the work done he send me and estimated price of £50 but he didn't put any requirements/ request, objections. I sent my details and he agree with the time and date. Today he said that the work will be £60 because there was a difficult access to the job. I was very disappointed and deceive by him as he took advantage of me knowing that I need the job to be done. Because it was my First time to call a window cleaner I had to acept. After the job he finished the work with the excuses the windows were never done for almost 5 years and he said they were very dirty. In my opinion I don't think they are as he said as I took photographs at the weekend I can see and say the opposite. Just to don't create an argument I paid but I WILL NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE LIKE ME BECAUSE HE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. NEXT TIME I WILL REQUEST TO COME AND SEE PERSONALY THE JOB BEFORE GO AHEAD WITH THE WORK TO AVOID TO BE TAKING THE ADVANTAGE AND TO BE ABUSE. THE WAY THAT HE OPERATES IS A JOKE. I AM ANNOYED WITH THAT.
